The Mokoroa waterfall walk reopened earlier this year and is a short easy walk to the viewing platform to see the waterfall. If you want a longer walk you can do the Goldie Bush walkway.
Just head towards Bethell's beach and put Horsman Road in on your google maps. It only took me 20 minutes to get to the viewing platform so I walked down the 127 steps to the bottom of the waterfall.
After the walk I headed to Bethells Beach in the hope of getting another slice of the Pecan Tart but the cafe wasn't there. I then did another walk and went back later in the hope that perhaps they were late but alas they still weren't there (yes I am slightly obsessed by the Pecan Tart!). I instead went to Swanson Train Station cafe and had the Sticky Toffee Date cake which was nearly as good as the Pecan Tart!
